---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Congratulations to Coach Andrew DeCicco - he was named All-Suburban Coach of the Year!
An exerpt from the NJ.com article:
ANDREW DeCICCO, St. Joseph — In his first spring at the Montvale school, the All-Suburban
Coach of the Year turned around a program that had won just 11 games in the previous three
seasons. The Green Knights finished 10-7 and compiled a six-game win streak in midseason
that earned them their first state-tournament berth since 2007. He combined the seniors with
some strong underclassmen to create a good foundation for a team on the rise.

Coach DeCicco is now employed full time at St Joe's.   Coach DeCicco will be implementing an off-season workout program which will be posted outside Coach Kenny's office. It is highly recommended that you participate in this strength and conditioning program if you are not playing another sport.

Tyler VanBenschoten scored seven times, including the decisive goal with 49 seconds remaining, to spark St. Joseph in Montvale. Jack Brennan fired in three goals, while Kevin Miranda and Chris Lesica each found the back of the net twice and Brian Mahoney turned aside 10 shots for St. Joseph (7-3).
